U-TEC Type Filter Press

Hitz depeloped next-generation Filter Press which can discharge cake from all chamber at the same time by filter cloth moving. U-TEC type accomplish short time operation, high processing capacity, stable cake discharge.

Features

1Easy maintenance
Easy tension adjustment of filter cloth by simple structure with wire and pully. Over head type structure of main body leads to easy exchange of filter cloth.
2Excellent washability and dehydration
Uniform dehydration and cake washing with double top corner feed structure. Squeezing pressure can be designed 0.7MPa (standard) , 1.5MPa and 2.0MPa (maximum)
3High processing capacity
Opening and closing all chambers at a time leads to short operation time for cake discharge and improves processing capacity by filter cloth moving.
4Stable cake discharge
Even thin cake around 3mm can be stably discharged.
Especially, U-TEC type fit with low filtering speed sludge.
5Quick filter cloth washing
Quick filter cloth washing (Filter cloth of 5 chambers can be washed at a time).
Not only water but also other washing agent can be used for filter cloth washing.
